How Often Should I Have a Hydra Treatment?
Treatment frequency depends on your skin condition, concerns and goals.
Some clients choose Facial as an occasional skin refresh, while others incorporate treatments into a regular skincare plan.
The appropriate treatment interval can be discussed during your consultation.
How to Prepare for Your Hydra Treatment
Your preparation requirements may vary depending on your skin and the treatment selected.
You may be advised to:
- Avoid irritating or exfoliating treatments immediately before your appointment.
- Tell me about your current skincare routine and active ingredients.
- Inform me about recent aesthetic or skin treatments.
- Avoid unnecessary sun exposure before treatment.
- Arrive with clean skin and minimal or no makeup where possible.
You will receive any specific preparation advice during your consultation.
Facial Aftercare
Your skin may look fresh, hydrated and slightly brighter immediately after treatment. Some clients may experience mild redness or sensitivity, which usually settles quickly.
For the first 24–48 hours:
- Avoid intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms and very hot showers.
- Avoid exfoliating products, scrubs, retinol and strong active ingredients.
- Keep your skincare routine gentle and hydrating.
- Apply SPF 30–50 during the day and limit prolonged sun exposure.
- Avoid picking, rubbing or unnecessarily touching the skin.
You can usually return to your normal daily activities straight after treatment. Your skin may continue to feel hydrated and refreshed over the following days.
